Main purpose of this patch was to release support for the Arizona LSU form, but we also packaged in a list of bug fixes and quality of life improvements in with it

- Added support for generating Arizona Loan Status Update forms
- Added support for selecting "Other" as a Loan Type for Arizona Forms
- Built new UI for editing Arizona Form
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue with some Android devices not properly showing branding when pinning a mobile app
- Fixed an issue causing declarations in the "No" status to inconsistently sync to LOS systems
